Terms of Service

By accessing or using the application services or any of the services provided by Quantum Widgets, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). The services offered by Quantum Widgets under these Terms of Service include all our apps, referred to as "the App". Any services offered by Quantum Widgets and the App are collectively referred to as the "Services". Any new features or tools added to the current Services will also be subject to these Terms of Service. Quantum Widgets reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Quantum Widgets website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service periodically for any updates or changes that may impact you.

Before becoming a user or customer of Quantum Widgets, you must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Service agreement, including Quantum Widgets Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, General Data Protection Regulation, California Consumer Privacy Act Addendum.

General Conditions:

• You must be 18 years of age or older, or at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
• You acknowledge that Quantum Widgets will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
• Technical support is only provided to paying customers and is available solely via email.
• The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, including those available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Quantum Widgets. At its discretion, Quantum Widgets may offer additional website Services and/or products or update, modify, or revise any current content and Services. This Terms of Service applies to any and all additional Services and/or products and any updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Quantum Widgets reserves the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications, constitutes your acceptance of such updates, changes, and/or modifications.
• The Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and possibly other countries.
• You acknowledge and agree that Quantum Widgets may amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms of Service on Quantum Widgets’ website, available at https://quantumwidgets.com/terms-of-service, and such amendments to the Terms of Service are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms of Service are posted to Quantum Widgets’ website constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms of Service, do not continue to use the Service.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of Quantum Widgets.

Intellectual Property and Customer Content:

• Quantum Widgets does not claim any intellectual property rights over the Materials you provide to the App service. All Materials you upload remain yours. You can remove your App at any time by uninstalling it from your account.
• Quantum Widgets will not disclose your confidential information to third parties, except as required in the course of providing our services. Confidential information includes any Materials or information provided by you to us which is not publicly known.
• Quantum Widgets shall have the non-exclusive right and license to use the names, trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with your store to promote the Service.
• You acknowledge, understand, and agree that all of the recart trademarks, copyright, trade name, service marks, and other recart logos and any brand features, and/or product and service names are trademarks and as such, are and shall remain the property of recart. You agree not to display and/or use in any manner the recart logo or marks without obtaining recart prior written consent.
• Quantum Widgets reserves the right to remove any customer content for the site and services at any time for any reason.
